Nursery Fees & Funding Options

We pride ourselves on putting children before profits, with thousands of pounds being invested into the children's education and play areas, with learning resources second-to-none. Our fees take into account everything we do to go above and beyond normal childcare, while maintaining fair pricing for the families that rely on us. We do not charge for Bank Holidays.

Registration Fee

When you join the Blossoms Childcare family, we have a Registration Fee of £100 which is non-refundable. This fee reserves your child's space at our nursery and contributes to the administration and welcome sessions.

Depending on when you need to start, we try to provide 4 welcome sessions - 2 one hour welcome sessions and 2 two hour welcome sessions - to help your child become familiar with our environment. We also use this time to evaluate who would be the best match for their Key Person.

If you are starting immediately, we will issue your child with Blossoms uniform - a black, branded polo shirt for each day of the week they will be attending, plus a black, branded fleece. However, if you aren't starting with us immediately, the uniform will be issued when you start, just in-case your child has outgrown it before they join us. This uniform will be replaced as-and-when they outgrow it, and you can purchase additional uniform if you would like to.

Important Note

Our Registration Fee is £100, and is non-refundable, even if you don't take your place.

All-inclusive Sessions Explained

Our nursery fees reflect the exceptional childcare we offer in West Raynham, Norfolk — putting children before profits with an all-inclusive approach. Any nappies, breakfasts, healthy snacks, and home-cooked meals are included within our fees.

We provide healthy, balanced, home-cooked meals every day along with nutritious breakfasts, and healthy morning and afternoon snacks - we promote healthy eating and ensure that each child is receiving a nutritionally balanced diet.

Policy Notice

It is our policy that we do not allow packed-lunches. These can be disruptive, unhealthy, and contain allergens that could harm other children.

Parent Care

Parents have busy lives, so we also include a nice warm cup of tea, coffee or hot-chocolate for you when you drop off your child with us. We do our best to take care of you as well as your little ones.

Session Prices & Times

When we started Blossoms, we wanted to provide childcare that puts children first while creating sessions that enabled parents and carers to get on with their lives. Whether you're looking for daycare in Fakenham, part-time preschool hours, or funded childcare from 9 months to 4 years, we have an option for you.

So, whether your child is of Baby Room age (0-2), or Toddler to Preschool age (2-4) we offer daily sessions of childcare that are flexible and available when you really need it, opening from 7am until 7pm all 7 days of the week, with a loving team and resources second-to-none. We ask that you give us a month's notice of any changes. (As with all spaces, these are subject to availability.)

Tax-Free Childcare Payments

Save Money!

Government Top-Up Scheme

For every £8 you pay
Government adds £2
Up to £2,000 per child, per year!

We encourage you to save some money and benefit from using the Government's Tax-Free Childcare Payments scheme. For every £8 parents or carers pay through the scheme, the Government adds £2 to help cover the cost of childcare, up to £2,000 per child, per year!

If you are working, earning at least the equivalent of 16 hours at the minimum wage per week (earning at least £2,196.48 over a 3 month period), you could be eligible. If you have a partner, they'll need to earn at least this much too. You can claim this on-top of your 30 hours Government Funding allowance if you're eligible for both, however you cannot get Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as claiming Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Universal Credit or Childcare Vouchers - you have to decide which one benefits you the most.

You would receive an invoice from us each month as normal, but then you would pay the money into your Government childcare account, which the government then tops-up before paying us.

The Childcare Voucher Scheme

When Tax-Free Childcare was launched, they stopped people joining these schemes, but for anyone already registered with a Childcare Voucher Scheme through their employer, you can continue to use it.

This is a salary-sacrifice scheme, where up-to £243/month can be taken from your pre-tax pay, and used to buy Childcare Vouchers before your earnings are taxed.

If you don't already have this, you can no longer sign-up.
