Staff Qualifications & Apprenticeships
To work in childcare, and be counted in the legal adult:child ratios, you must be qualified to Level 3 or above. You can have a Level 2 and be counted in ratio, but you must be paired with a Level 3 to count, and you must have no more than 50% of Level 2 staff.
We don't have any Level 2s, only Level 3s and higher in our Ofsted Outstanding team of dedicated Early Years Educators. This level of experience ensures your child receives exceptional care in a nursery setting focused on early learning and development.
Our Team Qualifications
In our team we have some Level 3 Apprentices, some Level 3 Early Years Educators, and:
Early Years Educators who are qualified to Level 5
who are qualified to Level 6+
Qualified Teachers (QTS) in the team
Qualified Early Years Teacher (EYT)
More than half of our team are qualified to - or working towards - Level 5 or higher, and this high level of knowledge and experience in our team is of huge benefit to Apprentices, Level 3 colleagues - and, more importantly, to the children attending our Nursery & Preschool.
Our Apprenticeship Standards
We only offer Level 3 Apprenticeships, not Level 2 Apprenticeships, as we believe this should be the minimum standard when nurturing young minds at such an influential stage of Early Years development.
